Real Beauty Spa Day
Spend an entire day with just the two of you and enjoy pampering yourselves. Turn a room into your very own at-home spa where you can do manicures and pedicures, mud masks, massages, have a healthy lunch and sip smoothies. Relax and watch an uplifting movie together. Use the opportunity to spark a meaningful discussion—ask her how she feels when she takes care of her appearance, which are her favorite or most unique features and what she likes best about herself. Teach her that looking her best and taking the time to treat herself is an important part of feeling good.

Positive Playlist
Create a soundtrack of songs that she enjoys and that make her feel good. She can listen to it to get pumped up for an important event like a soccer game or dance recital, or turn it on whenever she needs a lift.

Beauty All Around You
Using a camera, video recorder or both, take an expedition and capture all of the beautiful things you’re thankful for in people, places, nature, anything! Then, create a slideshow or movie for a feel-good film you can pop in whenever she needs a little boost.

Mutual Complimenting
Share five things you like about one another and five things you each like about yourselves. Focus on physicality, personality and character traits.

New Moves & Grooves
Get physical! Choose a new activity, or pick one you both love. Anything from hula hooping to rock climbing, to dancing, bowling, roller-skating, hiking, swimming and more can be healthy for your body, mind and relationship.

Self-Esteem Support Network
Choose special days throughout the year and dedicate them to the people she loves. Use an existing calendar or create a personalized photo calendar online to pencil-in bonding appointments, and set aside time for her to spend quality time with each important person. Seeing the calendar every day will give her something to look forward to and act as a reminder about all of the wonderful people she has in her life for support.
