Fantastic Product
You have a great product however your labeling needs some work. There are no proper directions on how to use this conditioner. Do you leave it in or rinse it out and if you rinse it out, how long do you leave it on?

Works at First, Then Makes Problem Worse
For the first few days of using this, I liked it and even my husband loved how my hair felt. However, by the end of the second week, I noticed that my hair was feeling drier and more brittle after I showered. I thought I wasn't using enough and used generous amounts, allowing it to sit in my hair for a good long time and rinsing my hair thoroughly with warm - not hot - water. No matter what I did, the more I used this, the drier and frizzier my hair got. I get much better results from the Daily Moisture line.

A great quality hair product.
I love this conditioner. It makes my hair very soft. It is also very affordable when compared to salon brands such as John Freida and Paul Mitchell.

Finally - something that works!
I have used many products to help manage my dry hair. Some products leave my hair feeling heavy and greasy and others leave my scalp itchy. I saw Dove Nourishing advertised on the TV, so on my next trip to Wal-Mart, I picked some up and used it that same night! I was very impressed. My hair is full of body, smooth and shiney! I highly recommend Dove hair products. They work!

Great for my color treated hair
I color my hair every month and my hair can become dry. My husband started using this conditioner to help with frizz (he has very curly hair). He loves this product and suggested I try it for my hair. It is amazing! My hair is so soft. I use it everyday (just a little amount, leave it on for about a minute, then rinse it out). My hair is so soft, shiny, and healthy looking. Does not weigh my hair down at all.

Where has this been?
I am in college and can't afford expensive hair treatments, nor do I have the time for them. I was planning on getting a hair cut in 3-4 weeks but my dead ends/ split ends whatever you want to call them made me move up my appointment. Thank you dry Ohio winter air! I have been using this for a two days now and my hair feels thicker and healthier just after two washes. I am thinking about cancelling my appointment now and changing all my products over to this.

is what my hair was waiting for
I received a free sample of this product and I am very grateful because from the first use is a great difference, after using the product dry my hair and the result was like going to a stylist, definitely I will use forever

Works well on dry hair.
I love the product but as in several other reviews the directions are totally confusing. As mentioned before, do you rinse after use? Instead of having to email or call customer service, it would help to just answer here.
The product works well on fine, thin hair. Improve the directions and I think you'll see more 5 star overall ratings.
