Sensitive Skin Unscented Beauty Bar
Simple, and simply amazing
As I was using this simple little white, unscented bar tonight on my face, I thought " i wish I could get back all the thousands of dollars I've spent on special face products before I found this stuff." Who knew?
We are pushed by the media to think that we MUST use some kind of complex "system" on our faces. For me, at least, this was not true. I was stunned that a normal, plain bar of soap could be the best thing to happen to my face in many years.
I'm 50 and have dry, sensitive, yet sometimes oily t-zone issues. Living in the super arid climate of Phoenix Arizona definitely adds to the need for a non-stripping cleanser. This pure soap gently cleans. I use no toners or moisturizers, and I get more compliments on my skin now than ten years ago. Amazing. No issues with it whatsoever with sensitivity, and NO tightness afterward.
Inexpensive, simple, lovely. Getting back to basics never looked (or felt) so good...on my skin and in my pocketbook.

Works great every time
Both my son and I have a lot of allergies and I have been using Dove Sensitive Soap for years and it works great. We never have a bad reaction or get nauseated by strong odors with Dove Sensitive Skin. Now I'm going to start using the body wash too and I'm sure it will be just as great.

We have used Dove soap Sensitive Skin Unscented since it was first introduced. However, we have noticed that the bar now contains a masking fragrance. As much as I might like to, I can't tolerate fragrances. So, I can no longer use the product.

I use it for my face and body! Great for everyday use and for washing my face after a long day or after a workout! Unscented is the best since I have fragrance allergies. I also love it because I suffer from eczema and it helps with delicate areas. It helps keep me feeling moisturized!!

Product quality has declined greatly
In the last couple of years, the quality has declined greatly. It barely lathers; when the bar is about half used, there is no lather at all & barely a hint of anything that will clean you. I end up throwing out the last half or last third of the bar. It's quite drying; no longer any evidence of 1/4 moisturizing cream. The smell is very unappealing. Several months ago, the size was reduced by .25 oz. for the same price. I really liked its predecessor - Dove Fragrance Free; the masking fragrance was light & clean smelling, the lather was luxurious, & it moisturized. Can't you make this again?

Good for sensitive skin, but wish it was a better moisturizing soap
I have been a user of Dove soap for years because it does not cause me to have an allergic reaction (skin rashes, burning sensation, skin irritations) unlike soaps made by other companies I have tried. My only dissatisfaction is my skin does feel dry after using Dove. So recently I strayed and tried a competitor's moisturizing soap that contains just three ingredients: saponified olive oil, water, and sodium chloride, which I found to be a better moisturizing soap than Dove, but the olive oil soap caused me to develop a full body rash. So I am back to using reliable Dove for sensitive skin. I just follow it immediately with a body lotion.

Something has changed. It now has a fragrance.
My family and I have used Dove soap Sensitive Skin Unscented for years. It's the only soap I will buy. Something has changed about it. It most definitely has a fragrance now and I am so disappointed. Our whole family has sensitive skin and can not tolerate the fragrance.
Please go back to your original formula! Why change a great product?

Less is not more
For some time now, the soap does not lather like before. The last half of the soap is weak. We now get only 4 oz. instead of 4 1/4 oz. for the same price. I would pay more if it was like it was a few years ago. I understand inflation, but you have cheapened the soap. I end up throwing a third of the bar away.
